Who we are

Sales Voices AI provides AI voice receptionist and workflow automation services to Australian businesses. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

Through this website we collect only what you choose to give us:

• Callback form: your name, email address, phone number, business type and the pain point you select.
• Booking link: if you book a discovery call, the booking details you enter are processed by our scheduling provider (LeadConnector) under their privacy terms.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics for aggregate usage statistics, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked, and Microsoft Clarity, which records on-page behaviour like scrolling and clicks so we can see where the site confuses people. Clarity masks anything you type into a form. We don't use either to build personal profiles, and we never sell analytics data.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, run your discovery call and, if you become a client, deliver our services. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

How it's stored

Form submissions are stored securely by our website host (Netlify) and forwarded to our business email. Booking data is held by our scheduling provider. We keep information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or meet legal obligations.

Client call data

For businesses using our AI receptionist service, call recordings and transcripts are handled under each client's service agreement. They belong to the client business and are used only to deliver the service.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing shyam@salesvoicesai.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
