What these terms cover

These terms apply when you use the Sales Voices AI website. By browsing the site, using the calculator or sending us an enquiry, you accept them.

They are not our client service agreement. If you go on to work with us, the terms of that engagement, including what it costs, how long it runs and how either side ends it, are set out in a separate agreement given to you before you sign anything. Nothing on this website commits you to that.

Using this site

Please do not:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to harm anyone
• attempt to gain access to systems or data you are not meant to reach
• scrape, copy or republish the site's content for a competing service
• submit someone else's contact details through our forms without their permission

The information on this site

We write this site carefully and we do not publish figures we cannot stand behind. Where we quote a client result, it is a real result from a real engagement, described as one result rather than a typical one. Where we cite outside research, we name the source so you can check it.

Even so, the content here is general information about what we do. It is not advice for your specific business, results differ from one business to another, and nothing here is a promise of any particular outcome. The calculator on our homepage works only from numbers you type in, it is an estimate to help you think, and we do not see or store what you enter.

We may change the content, the services described, or the site itself at any time.

Enquiries and bookings

Requesting a callback or booking a discovery call costs nothing and obliges you to nothing. It is a conversation. We may decline to take on work, and we will say so on the call rather than afterwards if we do not think what we sell suits your situation.

Details you give us are handled as described in our privacy policy.

Our content and brand

The text, design, logo and graphics on this site belong to Sales Voices AI unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read, share and link to our pages. You may not reproduce substantial parts of them as your own, or use our name or logo to suggest a relationship that does not exist.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party research, tools and booking software where it helps you. Those sites are not ours, we do not control them, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on them.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where a statutory guarantee applies and we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Subject to the section above, we are not liable for loss that arises from your use of this website or from relying on general information published on it, including indirect or consequential loss. We do not warrant that the site will always be available or free of errors.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
